Giorgio Cozzi started his professional path as Human Resources Manager for a textile company and ever since he has worked at enhancing the human capital in different market areas. Graduated in Sociology, with a specialization in Psychology. Giorgio founded ISO, a company devoted to offering services in the areas of research and recruitment and, most of all, people management and training. Since then Giorgio has helped hundreds of companies improve their recruitment processes and increase their skills and ability to achieve their goals thanks to on demand training.
In 1998, working with a philosopher and a psychologist, Giorgio conducted a research within a major multinational, aimed at uncovering the “genetic” origin of the company and the methodologies and paths better suited to achieve success through sharing knowledge.The results of the research were published in Italy by Sperling & Kupfer (Turbomanagement, L’Azienda Propulsiva, di Cozzi, Bucci e Sprega, Milano).
